Shipping Policy — FOB Qingdao & Freight

1. Incoterms

Standard terms are FOB Qingdao. CIF, CFR, and DDP can be quoted on request. Qingdao Port is one of the world's top 10 container ports, 30 minutes from our factory in Chengyang District.

2. Shipping Methods

Sea freight (LCL for partial containers, FCL for full containers) is recommended for volume orders. Air freight and express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) are available for samples and urgent small orders. We quote freight on request — transit time by sea to North America is typically 20–35 days, to Europe 25–40 days.

3. Export Packaging

Products are packed in export-grade cartons, then palletized and wrapped for container loading when volume justifies. Custom retail packaging can be designed to your specification.

4. Shipping Documents

Standard documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin. Certificates (FDA, EN 13432, FSC, ISO 22000, BRCGS, test reports) are provided with each shipment where applicable.

5. Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance at the destination are the buyer's responsibility unless DDP terms are explicitly agreed in writing.
