Terms & Conditions — International Purchase Terms

1. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations from Leap Pack are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are FOB Qingdao (or CIF/DDP where explicitly agreed) and exclude import duties, taxes, and freight unless quoted. Volume discounts apply for container-sized orders.

2. Minimum Order Quantity

Standard MOQs by product line: paper cups 50,000 pcs; paper bowls 30,000 pcs; paper boxes and trays 10,000 pcs; plastic cake boxes and plastic food trays 5,000–10,000 pcs; molded pulp trays 5,000 pcs; kraft bags 20,000 pcs. For first orders we can often accept 20–30% lower MOQ with slightly higher unit pricing or longer lead time.

3. Payment Terms

Standard terms for new customers: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 50,000. Other payment methods are negotiable on a case-by-case basis.

4. Lead Times

Standard production lead time is 15–25 working days after sample approval. Custom printing adds 5–7 working days. Custom tooling (molds) requires 18–22 working days. We confirm exact lead time in writing with every order confirmation.

5. Samples

Samples are available before mass production. Sample cost is waived or deducted from the order for qualified buyers; courier freight is at buyer's account unless agreed otherwise.

6. Custom Tooling & Artwork

Custom tooling costs USD 300–3,500 depending on product and mold complexity. Artwork must be supplied as AI/PDF at 300 DPI with 3 mm bleed. We always recommend a physical pre-production proof — uncoated kraft renders 20–30% darker than on screen.

7. Quality & Inspection

All production is inspected under our 4-stage QC process (IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC) to AQL 1.0/2.5. Third-party inspection before shipment is welcome and can be arranged at buyer's cost.

8. Claims

Any quality claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt, supported by photos or an inspection report. Claims are settled by replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion after verification.

9. Force Majeure & Governing Law

Neither party is liable for delays caused by force majeure. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
